Guidelines for submitting abstracts
1. Abstracts must be submitted in English.
2. All presenters must register for the Conference before the deadline of submission of the abstract. Abstracts will be considered for acceptance only after registration is confirmed by the Organizing Committee.
3. Categories under which papers will be reviewed are:
Free Papers for Consultants (5 minutes)
Free Papers for Post -Graduates (5 minutes)
Best Papers for Consultants (8 minutes)
Best Papers for Post -Graduates (8 minutes)
Please be sure to mention the category under which you wish to present the paper. All efforts will be made to place the paper, once accepted, in the category chosen by you. However, it is the discretion of the Scientific Committee to place the paper in a particular category, depending upon the availability of time slots in the Scientific Program.
4. The general criteria for consideration and acceptance of abstracts by the Scientific Committee are Originality, Clarity and Relevance. Each abstract should include a Title, Names of the Authors, Department, Institute / Hospital. The text of the abstract should include Aim, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion and Conclusions. Figures,
tables and references are accepted but may or may not be included in the abstract.
5. Presentations must be prepared in Power-point format. Presentations in Prize paper category should have no mention of identifying details except for the name of presenter.
6. The abstract should not be more than 300 words.
7. It is preferable not to have more than 3 authors’ names on a paper. Only the presenting author’s name should be highlighted or underlined as the certificate will only be in his / her name.
8. Please send a separate abstract for each paper to be presented.
